Delicious tasting local leicestershire honey from hives on conservation land near Wanlip, next to the river soar. With plenty of willows for a good early supply of pollen and a wide variety of wild flowers throughout the season. In particular there is a good crop of clover nectar from the nearby meadow grazing land.

Active+ Manuka honey comes from beekeepers who set up their hives in wild uncultivted areas in New Zealand where Manuka bushes grow. The bees gather nectar from the flowers of the Manuka bush, which is indigenous only to New Zealand.
